Glammed up!

I don’t typically dress extremely “feminine” when going out in the city. I am always in a more grungy, dark, and sexy outfit. For this event,  I decided to take a different route and step outside of my comfort zone. I channeled my inner sassy fairy princess and pulled a full on GLAM. Not going to lie, I kind of felt weird.

When ever I go out my outfit template is simple. Pants and a top, pants and no top, no pants and a top, and lastly no pants and no top! (KIDDIN) My go to outfit when I want to look sexy, classy, but still a little edgy is a blazer with either a skirt, shorts, or nada.

Originally I was going to wear this blazer as a dress but unfortunately the back was toooooooo short. Didn’t want to flash anyone my booty! Instead of wearing a basic bottom  I decided to wear a peacock skirt. I hiked the skirt up as far as I could so that my behind was covered but only a little of the skirt peeked out on the bottom to give that fun & flirty flare. I love subtle pops of detail so the skirt peeking through was perfect. I paired the outfit with a lace brallete, a white fur, diamond choker, blush pointy pumps, black studs, and a beautiful beat. After 2 hours of getting ready I transformed into a 21st century princess. The outfit came together seamlessly and I felt so beautiful! My favorite thing about this outfit is definitely the color scheme. I loved the various blushes/nudes as well as the finishes of each item. Individually, each article is great but together they look HOT. Sticking with a neutral color pallete was very important because the various textures of each item blended cohesively rather than contrasting from each other in a negative way.

P.s Though I was super girly I still requested the Uber to play Kodak’s “Everything 1k” 😉
